Art for Earthjustice: Opening Reception | November 4th, 5 - 7pm
Benefit Exhibition in support of Earthjustice
Maybaum Gallery will host Art for Earth, a benefit exhibition and online auction organized by Katherine Meadowcroft in support of Earthjustice, at 150 Post Street from November 4–21, 2026.
The exhibition and accompanying online bidding will run November 4 through November 21, 2026.
The exhibition brings together a group of established and emerging artists whose work spans painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media, offering collectors the opportunity to acquire distinctive pieces while supporting artists and Earthjustice's work protecting public lands, wildlife, and the right to a healthy environment. Featured artists include Jorge Méndez Blake, Russell Crotty, Nick Gorham, and Dave Muller, with additional participating artists to be announced.
The event is organized by Katherine Meadowcroft, a writer and curator, who conceived Art for Earth as a way to channel the Bay Area art community's support toward frontline environmental advocacy. A portion of proceeds from sales during the exhibition and online auction will benefit Earthjustice, the nonprofit environmental law organization known for litigating on behalf of clean air, clean water, and a stable climate.
An opening reception will take place on Wednesday, November 4, from 5–7 PM, welcoming members of the Earthjustice team alongside participating artists, collectors, and community supporters.
