Maybaum Gallery is pleased to present Breathing Room by Gallery Artist Karen Smidth. In the artist's own words, these paintings react to the light, color, and shapes present in California's ever-inspiring landscape. While some of these beautifully painted landscapes connect to a place in time, some relate to a place of belonging. ‘Breathing Room’ allows the viewer to take part as a witness in these beautifully captured moments.
